How It Works

We start with a conversation.

We arrange a consultation.

We schedule organizing sessions.

We ensure the systems are working.

A simple phone call is all it takes to get started. Are you ready?

How It Works

Deborah Madrid Professional Organizing Services is here to help you organize your belongings and your essential papers so that you can spend more time doing the things that are important to you.

1. Make the Call. The first step is a short phone consultation to let Deborah know what you need organized, what your time frame is, and to set up an appointment for a full assessment of the project.

2. Client Assessment. Deborah will meet you at the location where you

need services performed - your home or office - to walk through the space, discuss your goals, and chart a roadmap to achieve your goals.

3. The Roadmap. Once the assessment is complete, Deborah draws up a roadmap for the project which outlines your goals, your time frame, and the steps required to complete the project. The roadmap will include the projected number of sessions required to complete the project and the projected cost.

4. The Contract and the Deposit. Once the roadmap is approved, Deborah forwards a contract for signature. Once the contract is signed, a deposit is due.

5. Scheduling the Project. Upon signing the contract and submitting the deposit, a date (or dates) will be scheduled.

6. Project Implementation. Implementation of the project will be defined by the roadmap and the steps therein. You and Deborah will work together to bring clarity to your space and/or your important papers. This step may include adding storage products to aid in your organizational systems.

7. Project Completion. Upon completion of the project, donations will be taken to the donation center of your choice and/or arrangements will be made for documents that require shredding. A final invoice will be issued at this time.

8. Project Review. Deborah recommends that you work with the systems that were created to ensure they are working for you. Creating new solutions or fine-tuning the existing systems are all part of the review.

9. Maintenance. Staying organized is a constant process. Depending on your needs, Deborah will develop a maintenance program to help keep you on track.
